| First attempt at a grilled pizza after some research on the topic ... not so shabby! This one has sweet peppers, mushrooms, garlic, onions and fresh basil and then crumbled Parmesan and oregano, once it was off the grill. (I used Trader Joe's whole wheat pre-made pizza dough.) |
