Rules for Gap Creek Gourmet Birthday Giveaway Prize Pack 2014

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win giveaways.

Gap Creek Gourmet (Nichole Livengood), NOT Facebook, is the Sponsor of Gap Creek Gourmet contests.  By participating, participant agrees to abide by the rules of each contest.

Restrictions:

Prizes will only be shipped within the continental United States. Winners will be responsible for shipping/handling costs if they live outside of the Continental United States.

Some prizes require the winner to visit a specific business location to receive their prize. If winner is unable to pick up their prize, they are responsible for making alternative arrangements with Gap Creek Gourmet and will be responsible for all costs resulting from such arrangements.  After 15 days, if the prize has not been picked up, an alternative winner may be chosen at the discretion of the Sponsor.

The Gap Creek Gourmet Birthday Giveaway runs 8am Tuesday, Jan 14th- midnight, Thurs, Jan 16th, 2014.

Winners will be chosen within 24 hours of the date of entry.

You must LIKE Gap Creek Gourmet on Facebook, provide your email address, and complete all required fields to be eligible for entry in the giveaway.

Prizes ARE NOT exchangeable for cash and are non-returnable to the business from which they were donated for the contest.

Gap Creek Gourmet (Nichole Livengood) reserves the right to shut down any giveaway at any time and has the right to investigate possible tampering or cheating before determining a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten contest at sole discretion.

Each giveaway participant grants the Sponsor (Gap Creek Gourmet or Nichole Livengood) to use his/her name, contest entry likeness or comments for publicity or future marketing purposes.

Participant’s email address may be used for future correspondence from Gap Creek Gourmet or Nichole Livengood.

Results of contests as determined by Gap Creek Gourmet (Nichole Livengood) are final in all respects.

Contests are subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

To Enter:

Participants in the Giveaway will enter through the Sponsor’s Facebook Page at designated contest tab. After submitting required information, participants will receive one entry in the contest.  Bonus entries may be earned by following contest rules as outlined by contest.

Winners:

Winners will be chosen and notified via email within 24 hours of close of each prize entry period, unless otherwise noted on contest information.

If winner cannot be reached within 10 days using contact information provided, or if prize is not picked up or returned as undeliverable within 14 days, winner shall forfeit prize and a new winner will be chosen.
