Thoroughfare food truck has joined the fleet of Greenville food trucks now serving the hungry masses. Run by husband and wife chef duo Neil and Jessica Barley, the truck features items like tater tots covered in creamy, white cheddar gravy, a meatloaf sandwich with balsamic ketchup and onion rings, spiced-rubbed pulled pork with apple-cilantro slaw on grilled bread, and roasted cauliflower and kidney bean salad with rosemary vinaigrette.
Their mint tea is off the chain good and you have to get a hold of one of their gooey dark chocolate, caramel brownies. I found the truck at Stone's Point on what appeared to be their first day of service, but you can keep up with their schedule both here and on their Facebook page.
