ohhh you do need a kitchen aid mixer! it was the best thing i ever got, seriously. i love to bake and it just makes life so much easier! i got mine in...sour apple, or apple green, something like that. the only thing that is sucky is that the attachments cost so much...my next purchase will be for the ice cream bowl though...and after that i'll save up for the pasta attachment!
